Heal Emotional Wounds at the Root Cause

with Clinical Hypnotherapy (current life healing with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Inner Child Healing)

What is Clinical Hypnotherapy

The term Hypnotherapy has confused and even scared people. But you wouldn’t be afraid if you understood it well. Here’s me explaining clinical hypnotherapy for you. Let’s start with what is conscious and subconscious mind

Our conscious mind processes the information and also lives in the present. At the same time, there is also another layer which is the subconscious mind which stores our behavioral patterns, our deep beliefs, strong feelings, past traumatic experiences like the negative experiences of childhood. These underlying causes are often suppressed by more recent experiences and so they become difficult to access. However, the subconscious mind is not just about the negative memories and patterns. It is also a storehouse of excellent skills, talents and happiness.

An emotional issue that is troubling you in the present has a root cause in the past. But, It is difficult for you to trace it and solve the issue because of the suppression over the years.

If the subconscious negative patterns can be corrected and turned to positive, one’s life can become tremendously harmonious and joyful. You will also be able to achieve higher success and prosperity in all fields of life like finance, relationship and health.

How it works

Step1

First the issue is identified and a mode of therapy is discussed and determined.

Step2

Inner child healing

The inner child is the irrational self, it is the hurt pained and unhealed part within us that is formed during the developmental years. These years are highly impressionable. The impact of the incidents that occur during this period are carried on as the “inner child” never really disappears.

The impression of the negative incidences becomes a fragment of one’s self and that fragment lives on in the form of emotional blocks and sufferings. Our inner child can either make it or break it when it comes to being a productive member of the society or be happy and successful at various things we do.

Through clinical hypnotherapy, we address the inner child and its issues and integrate the fragmented self into the person’s adult self. This results in harmonious and balanced living.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

This includes analyzing the person’s thoughts and patterns around the problem at hand. The technique from mainstream psychology helps to understand the convoluted feelings and to uncover deep beliefs. Also, it’s effective in restoring desired beliefs and thinking patterns.

We believe in solving one problem at a time and so we pick one problem and deal with it first with CBT and then with inner child work through hypnotherapy.

What Clinical Hypnotherapy is not:

● It is not mesmerism and is way different from stage hypnotism or anything else meant for entertainment.

● It’s not an unguided and aimless trance.

● It’s not exploration.

● It cannot be done without the person’s willingness and consent.

Let me bust a few common myths

During clinical hypnotherapy, the person is wide awake and conscious with normal body sensations. In fact, he can go for a loo break or have water if he wants to. It is a safe practice. All you need to do is choose a trusted therapist.
No one gets stuck in a relaxed state. We always come out of relaxations naturally. That’s what happens in hypnosis too. However, the therapist will guide you out even before your state changes naturally.

Contrary to popular belief, Hypnotherapy is a safe practice. In fact, it’s being used extensively worldwide to treat not just mental but physical ailments. Hypnosis is a natural state of mind. Governments have issued licenses to practitioners. Moreover, it is the solution for ailments which are not resolved with counseling, medicines or other modes of therapy.

Hypnotherapy also has a ripple effect on other issues. Resolving a core issue often clears the way for more healing. Trust me, there are several such cases!

An adult who is willing to explore a particular (intense and unexplained) mental issue with the objective to heal is suitable for the therapy. Please note that those who are not comfortable with this practice, we will not persuade them to take the sessions, we will suggest other modalities to them.

The problems:
Addictions
Phobias
Anxiety
Chronic Depression
Eating Disorders
Obsessions and Compulsions
Low Self Esteem
